The foothills of Colorado are home to some of the most powerful and cherished plants used in traditional herbalism. Join me on an urban plant walk to learn about the herbs that are unique to our home, and why we use them. Once you meet these plants, you’ll start seeing them everywhere: along hiking trails, in backyards and parks, on roadsides, and in your favorite natural products. All participants will receive a handout detailing the plants we meet along our route.
